G. SEVENTH CAUSE OF ACTION – Violations of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act § 1107
492. I repeat and reallege the allegations contained above as if fully stated herein.
493. The aforementioned conspiracies by Defendants and their co-conspirators are in violation of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act § 1107, by which Congress clearly intended to create a private cause of action for “Whistleblowers.”
